This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 22, 2008:
mystic masala spice bliss candle
Yesterday I was gifted with an Indian Head Massage by my friend Glynnis Osher of "The Mystic Masala" and "Thousand Petal Lotus". In addition to being my friend, Glynnis' mystic masala ayurvedic natural soy candles (made locally in Canada), handmade soaps and massage oils (wildcrafted and created at a women's fair trade co-op in Nepal) are part of the treasures that I offer at Hippy Grandma: a fair trade and earth friendly eco-boutique. Anyhoo, (after a rather long and rambling intro), Glynnis is also an artist and graphic designer and you can see some of her art in the picture above. I find that viewing her work makes me feel like I am in some exotic and fragrant place, lush with spices and warmth!
