When do you most love coming home?

Posted on Dec 4th, 2008 by Zoey : women's coach Zoey
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 04, 2008:

It's the simple everyday homecomings that I love!  My favourite is if I have been out for the day and come home around 5 pm and my daughters are all home getting dinner ready.  I love the smells of the food cooking and the hugs and kisses I get at the front door and the tail wags and licks from our dog Tasha!  The cats meader over and give me a cat hug (rub on the leg).  Then my husband arrives and we kid him, 'cause he likes all the attention to be directed to him for abit.  We snug in together in our solarium type room, or now it is in the living room all decorated for Christmas and yak about our day.  The kids (daughters and boyfriends) are pretty funny and usually get me laughing very quickly.  Ahhhhh, it is the best!

namaste,

Zoey

Sounds wonderful Z. I love the idea of snuggling in the solarium and chatting…I am looking forward to my son coming for Christmas. We always have great discussions and laugh til our faces hurt….a nice way to spend time together!

love you

Zoey,  this is lovely.  We used to have a dog named Tasha, too.  Years ago, when we were much younger.  She was half coyote, a long story….  But anyway I love it that your daughters cook dinner for you!  That's awesome.  It sounds like such a cozy family gathering.  Thank you for sharing this.  Makes me warm just thinking about it.
